Bob came out to measure the pool and gave us an estimate before we even closed on the house. The pool fence was totally installed within days of closing while we waited for our stained floors to dry. Bob did an amazing job installing the fence despite the pool’s complicated layout which included a waterfall and an elevated hot tub – all surrounded by granite stone. “I really wish I could write a nice review.
I reached out to Bob to install a fence. We agreed on a date/time and price.
The week of the install he leaves me a voicemail saying he needs to reschedule and get the fence installed the day before. Okay, I made that work by moving some things around. I send him a text minutes later confirming.
The day comes and he’s a no show. I called and he blamed me for “not conforming” in a timely manner (I confirmed within 15-20 mins of him leaving the voicemail btw). I explained how this wasn’t my fault and he said he’d call me back with a new date/time later in the day… well that didn’t happen.
I’m assuming he blocked my number because he won’t respond to text or email.
ETA I have the transcripts of the voicemail, and a screenshot of the texts with dates and times. I’m not sure how to add pictures on here.
UPDATE: the owner finally reached out to me and fingers crossed we can get this fence up.
